Alexis - Recruiting and Career Specialist

Whether it be friends, family, co-workers, candidates or clients, Alexis is known as everyone’s “biggest cheerleader”. She has a unique ability to fully put herself in others shoes and connect with them on a deeper level than most. She thrives in stepping out of her comfort zone when the result is personal growth.

Originally from Massachusetts, Alexis decided to venture a little farther away for school go gain some independence. She attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut (Go Pios!) where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing. With her innate draw to forming relationships and giving back to her community, she joined Kappa Delta Sorority. After graduation she dove head first into the world of recruiting and has never looked back; seeing the positive impact she’s able to make in people’s personal and professional lives has proved she’s on the right career path for her.

In her free time, she loves to cook – whether it be a recipe from one of her tried and true cookbooks or the latest “have to try” viral recipe, you’ll find her in the kitchen. She also enjoys being outdoors soaking up the warm sun and fresh air exploring new places and making awesome memories.
