This full-time opportunity in the Greater Rochester area combines comprehensive small-animal care with a substantial surgical caseload, technical team support, and financial incentives designed to make a career move worthwhile.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician ready for a new challenge or a veterinarian who wants to expand your surgical capabilities, this could be an opportunity to explore.

What Could Make This a Better Move

  • Broaden your surgical experience. Work with both soft-tissue and orthopedic cases, with opportunities to continue developing your procedural skills.

  • Have technical support around you. Collaborate with trained veterinary technicians who bring experience in anesthesia and patient care.

  • Practice comprehensive medicine. Balance routine preventive care with diagnostics, dentistry, illness visits, and surgery.

  • Keep investing in your development. Access continuing education resources to build confidence and strengthen your clinical interests.

  • Get rewarded for your work. The compensation structure combines base salary with production potential and does not include negative accrual.

  • Make a financially meaningful transition. A sign-on bonus and multi-year retention incentives offer additional earning value.
