What You’ll Be Doing
This is a small-animal general practice leadership role combining clinical oversight with team development and practice improvement. You’ll help guide medical quality, support fellow doctors, and work alongside practice leadership to strengthen day-to-day operations. Experience or interest in exotic animal medicine is welcome, but it is not a requirement.

Sign-on bonus: $50,000 advertised
Relocation: Support available
Compensation structure: Base salary plus production potential, without negative accrual.
Requirements: DVM/VMD or equivalent, appropriate state veterinary license in good standing, and active or eligible DEA registration.
Weekend/on-call: Specific expectations available upon request.
