What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, source, and connect veterinary and animal health professionals with top veterinary practices and companies nationwide.
• Conduct outreach – lots of outreach, which includes Cold Calling hundreds of leads per week.
• Develop and nurture relationships to position yourself as a trusted recruiting professional within the veterinary and animal health industries.
• Contribute to a collaborative, success-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Recruiting, or Business Development with a proven track record of success.
• Strong interest or basic understanding of the veterinary or animal health industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• Exceptional motivation, ambition, and drive for financial and career success.
• Creative, strategic thinking with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
