Interested in shaping the future of a veterinary team while keeping one foot firmly in clinical practice?
A full-time leadership opportunity is available for an experienced veterinarian who wants to influence medical decision-making, help colleagues grow, and contribute to the long-term direction of a companion-animal practice. This role combines patient care with dedicated leadership responsibilities and additional earning opportunities.
What You’ll Find Here
Established base compensation: The annual starting range is 160,000–175,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Multiple earning components: In addition to base pay, the package includes a leadership stipend and production-based incentives.
Sign-on and retention opportunities: Eligible candidates may receive up to $50,000 in sign-on compensation and up to $25,000 in retention incentives over three years.
A meaningful leadership role: Help guide medical decisions, support consistent standards of care, and contribute to how the team works together.
Develop other veterinarians: Share your experience, coach colleagues, and encourage continued clinical growth.
Support for your own development: Leadership education and mentorship resources are available as you grow into the position.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll remain involved in companion-animal general practice, with work spanning preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent medical cases. Alongside patient care, you’ll help guide medical quality, support associate veterinarians, and contribute to practice operations.
The compensation package includes a separate leadership stipend intended to recognize administrative responsibilities, with time allocated for that work.
